Why do I need to bring my vehicle's service book to the valuation?

The service book gives us a good idea how well the vehicle has been looked after. The service book shows whether services have been carried out to the manufacturer's guidelines. The better a vehicle has been looked after, generally the more it will be worth.

Do you do valuations over the telephone?

No we don't. We believe no two vehicles are the same so to give you an accurate and fair valuation we need to see the vehicle. We can however, offer an instant online valuation as an estimate. We can only give you an accurate and fair valuation by seeing the vehicle in person or visit the Car and Van Store in person for a more accurate quote.
