Every used vehicle at Hendy Car and Van Store comes with a minimum 12-month warranty for complete peace of mind. For customers looking for a longer period of cover, extended warranties are available to purchase on all vehicles.
Every used vehicle at Hendy Car and Van Store is subject to a stringent Approved Preparation Standard. This includes obtaining a vehicle history report and checking its service history and MOT test details, along with a series of comprehensive checks and road tests carried out by our team of qualified engineers.
At Hendy, we strive to provide our customers with a hassle-free car buying experience, and that's why we proudly offer same day driveaway. This service allows you to select, purchase, and take home your brand new car in just one visit, eliminating the need for an additional trip to pick it up.
If for any reason you wish to change your car, you may exchange it once within the first 14 days or 250 miles (whichever is sooner) as long as it is:
-Returned to the Hendy Car and Van Store dealership you purchased from.
-The same vehicle that was sold to you (including tyres and options etc.)
-In the same condition as sold.
-Exchanged for another car of the same or higher price.
If you bought your car on finance, you'll need to settle the balance with the finance company when you make the exchange, and sign a new finance agreement.
