Firstly, I would like to thank you for your continued support of our business at this difficult time whilst we have closely monitored the ever-changing situation relating to COVID-19.

Following the announcement from the UK government last night, we have now closed all Hendy Group retailers until further notice.

During this period, we will be operating with a skeleton team at key service operations to ensure that we can support key workers with vehicle servicing and repair requirements. If you are a key worker and require a repair to your vehicle, please do contact us and we will advise of your closest location. We will be continuing to support those who wish to purchase a used vehicle by launching a 'buy online' option on our website imminently.

We will also be operating a core team of digital advisors who will endeavor to answer any questions that you may have via live chat, social media and our online contact request form. Whilst our switchboard team will not be working during this time, our voicemail facility will remain live, and those without internet access can leave messages to be picked up by our team.

We will contact those customers who have outstanding orders to discuss individual arrangements with them.

Finally, I would like to extend my thanks to all of Team Hendy, who have remained committed to delivering a world-class service in the most difficult of times. As we work through this uncharted territory, we have been continuing to learn and adapt our working practices.

We will be sure to keep our social media channels updated during this period of closure, and we look forward to welcoming you when we reopen.

In our 160 years of trading, we have faced challenges before, and we will continue to rise to them and emerge stronger.
